Promotions Terms & Conditions
- The £30 refundable booking deposit is payable when booking your session, this is to secure your booking. You can of course re-schedule without any charge if you notify us up to 24hrs before the booking time. If you cancel or postpone your session the day before or on the day of your booking you will be asked for a further £30 booking deposit to reschedule.
- The £30 booking deposit can be used as credit towards any of our products and packages if you wish or it can be refunded at your ordering session.
- You may choose the photo for your frame or mounted print (whichever is included in your FREE session) at the ordering session, no cash alternative is available. Please be aware you will need to come back to our studio to view the images. We cannot choose the image for your frame for you. This is to comply with our GDPR policy as you will need to sign the ordering sheet to confirm your order. The viewing session is such an important part of your experience with us.
- Please note that at Portraits by Pear Tree all Images come finished, framed or in our bespoke handmade albums.
- Please note we do not sell loose prints.
- Only one FREE offer is available per family within 24 months.
