Hello and welcome to our brand new website. We are so excited to share this with everyone. This is our first ever blog so please let us know what you think.
Easter is such a wonderful time of year. A time to visit family, catch up with friends and spend quality time with spouses and children. The winter has passed. The weather has started to warm up and everyone’s moods have lifted (even if it’s only due to the long weekend) . It is also a time to indulge in cake and chocolate without feeling too guilty! How many Easter eggs did you or the children get this year? I received zero but our daughter received four! I will probably end up eating at least one of those.
Easter Monday was such a beautiful day! It was like a summers day in Farnham. The sun was shining and it was so warm the kids were running around without coats on. It gave us all hope that spring is here and summer is right around the corner. It was so lovely to finally get outside after all the rain and storms we’ve had of late.
Every Easter we get together with friends, there are usually 14 adults and 13 children but the group was smaller this year. We all gathered at the house on the hill, with extremely excited children. The dads went into the garden to hide the eggs while the mums controlled the kids who were eager to go chocolate crazy! 3…2…1 and they’re off! Screams of excitement, the pure joy on their faces was just magical. All you could hear was laughter and giggles. Connan just about managed to get a group photo before they were off. He is always the unofficial, official photographer whenever we all get together but that’s because it is something he loves to do and is passionate about.
Connan followed the children around the garden photographing their excitement over finding tiny chocolate eggs in trees, flowerbeds and among the grass. He loves capturing the joyful expressions on their little faces.
Lets hope the good weather is here for a while and we can get outside and do more location photography with families and pets.
